Every human being is potentially divine. In the rush to gain more and more we get entangled in the material world most of the time. This takes us away from our REAL NATURE, to a state of bad eating habits, untimely sleep, overstraining. Also does not have the time to take care of others and over a period of time gets lost in the life’s objective itself.

Ramadan is a time for getting life back to the beautiful path again. A time for introspection of oneself, taking care of the eating habits, giving time to know oneself by prayers and meditating on the Almighty. Hence certain discipline is initiated to bring back to good health peace and harmony in every human being’s life by these practices.

Discipline brings the mind to focus, fasting adds to disciplining of the senses in all respects, helping fellow humans makes us aware of the sufferings and support we need to provide to our fellow human lives etc.

By following these discipline many added benefits are unknowingly received which we need to be aware so we can understand the beauty and the reason behind such disciplines.

Understanding the significance of this Holy month by everyone is a must to value the practices and the benefits it can bring into our life from all sufferings and pain that to maintain oneself to peace, good health and happiness. Parents should support the children on values and discipline and its importance to use their dynamic energy for fruitful purposes to make their life fruitful.
Make the preparation mentally and physically to undergo a beautiful experience and to look forward with a positive outlook to bring our life into a balanced experience in all dimensions like health, relationship and for dynamic growth in all respects.

Conserve all the energy during this time to utilize for it a vibrant life.

Do our daily prayers with devotion to make our life devotional and not too emotional and judgemental. Give respect to elders and their teachings.

Follow the rules of fasting, the timing the methods understand the adverse and the benefits of fasting clearly to get the best out of it during this period.

Have good food habits. Food pattern should be healthy in every way. Those who have health issues should take care specially not to overeat, because this can adversely affect their health.
Those who are healthy also should realize that “the attention should not be food but food just to maintain and upkeep the health.”

Have healthy discussions with your companions and followers to instill in them the values of the Holy Month of Ramadan.

Good company clears all the disturbances of the mind when disturbances are taken off, the mind becomes purified. Such a purified mind becomes the seat of divine thoughts and such thoughts gives the freedom and happiness to oneself and for all around him.

Spend some time with oneself to introspect and think and pay attention to the world around you. To know understand and support in whichever way possible the world by knowledge, material support or in any way to make the place around you to be like you happy and peaceful. Then alone we can be happy yourself in all respects of wellbeing.

Let go off all the hate, jealousy, greed and anger and all the negative emotions of the mind to make yourself at peace. When we are angry and have these types of devastating thoughts to destroy others. It is like drinking poison yourself but expecting the others to die. It will be destroying us only in the end because actions and reactions are equal and opposite.

Maintain a diary of events and learning to enhance our life for the better every year during the holy month of Ramadan.

Thankfulness to ‘God, our parents our well wishers for the support, and to our enemies for the learning opportunity they rendered to make us stronger and develop a personality with all the good traits of patience, love, simplicity, humility and compassion.
